Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that maximize the company's margins.
- Develop strong relationships with the main stakeholders and executives of the different clients.
- Ensure delivery according to the needs and objectives of customers.
- Communicate clearly and periodically the progress of initiatives.
- Efficiently manage and communicate status reports, risks, and budget.
- Identify and develop new business strategies within existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in existing clients.
- Forecast and keep track of key account metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities.
