Marketing Lead

As a Marketing Lead, you will oversee and execute the content strategy across various platforms to align with the company’s marketing goals. You will lead a team, drive strategic initiatives, and monitor the impact on audience engagement and results. This role involves managing content campaigns and collaborating with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and a strong brand presence
Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop strategic marketing plans to improve brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Drive results-oriented marketing initiatives, aligning content management efforts with measurable business outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the team and across departments
- Lead the content creation and management team, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet brand and marketing goals.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across blog posts, sales collaterals, ebooks, educational materials, and more.
- Design and implement lead nurturing campaigns, driving customer engagement and conversions.
- Manage press content creation and review, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand message and marketing objectives.
- Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, identifying key success metrics and making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Ensure content strategies are aligned with the company’s long-term vision and objectives.

Requisitos
Experience:
● Minimum of 4 years in similar content creation roles, preferably within technology companies.
- Experience leading teams
Knowledge:
● Background in Communications, Social Communication, or Public Relations.
Technical skills:
- Proficiency in G Suite.
- Exceptional writing skills in both English and Spanish.
- Basic knowledge of content management tools like Strapi.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics for performance tracking.
- Understanding of content success metrics and how to leverage them.
