The Technical Manager stands at a critical intersection of technology projects, team leadership, and client relationship management within Making Sense. This role demands a dynamic professional who can effectively manage multiple facets of technology project execution while maintaining excellence in stakeholder communication, team development, and service delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client facing:

Understand business needs and objectives
Foster reliable relationships through transparent and clear communication.

• Team & Project related:

Collaborate with management team to balance scope, time and quality
Monitor budget and resource allocation
Collaborate in identifying opportunities for potential growth within projects/accounts.

• Within the organization:

Promote initiatives to ensure a high level of technical excellence and good practices
Collaborate with a cross-discipline management team to navigate organizational challenges.

• Talent development & leadership:

Manage career development for collaborators, identifying and nurturing development paths.
Foster an environment that encourages continuous learning and collaboration.
Collaborate with managers in capacity building and planning.

Requisitos

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in a technical management role with a focus in team management and career management.
• Strong background in software development, the ideal candidate performed in several software development roles before advancing to talent/team management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in team development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
• Agile and Lean knowledge
• Advanced English skills.
