We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power BI Expert.
This role is crucial for developing and integrating sophisticated reporting and analytics capabilities into our product. The ideal candidate will be a candidate who can design, develop, and optimize reporting solutions while ensuring seamless integration with our existing tech stack.

Remote position in Argentina
Position main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement interactive and user-friendly Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and support business
- decision-making.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on best practices for Power BI integration and reporting development.
- Work closely with product managers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical
- specifications and solutions.
- Optimize the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring efficient data retrieval and visualization.
- Ensure smooth integration of Power BI with various data sources, including SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, and other relevant data systems.
- Identify and resolve issues related to reporting and data visualization, including performance bottlenecks and data discrepancies.
- Expertise in Power BI report development, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and data visualization.

Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of experience working with Power BI
- English Upper Intermediate +
- Expertise in Power BI report development, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and data visualization.
- Experience in embedding Power BI in customer-facing applications
- Data Integration: Experience with integrating Power BI with various data sources, such as SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, and other data platforms.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex reporting and data issues.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional team.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with other Microsoft data technologies (e.g., Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory).
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
- Prior experience working in vertical or field services SaaS products is a plus.
