As the Technical Project Manager, you will work closely with other teams such as engineering, product, business stakeholders and external partners to drive technical project delivery. You will lead coordination and planning for complex technical programs and initiatives. You will monitor risks and communicate program progress across stakeholders.
Daily tasks within this role:
- Lead end-to-end technical projects from inception to deployment
- Clearly understand system capabilities and APIs
- Represent MS with partners and advocate for partner success
- Bridge gap between engineering and business stakeholders
- Influence process improvements across multiple teams and functions, ensuring the approach is aligned with Making Sense’s culture
- Help build project documentation and best practices
- Define & remove obstacles that slow down or prevent projects from delivering
- Establish credibility and rapport with senior technical and non-technical team members alike
Requisitos
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a technical management role with a focus in project management and career management.
- Strong background in software development, the ideal candidate performed in several software development roles before advancing to talent/team management.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in team development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Agile and Lean knowledge
- Advanced English skills.
